For help with TinyCommander, email support@tinycommander.zhiapps.com. Include the macOS version, TinyCommander version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send private file contents unless support asks for them.

Common checks

• Confirm that the folder or volume is available in Finder.
• Review TinyCommander’s folder permissions in System Settings when a location cannot be opened.
• For a copy or move, check both pane locations and the destination status message.
• When reporting a repeatable issue, include the shortest sequence of keys or clicks that reproduces it.

Send feedback from the app

TinyCommander’s Send Feedback window accepts a bug, suggestion, or other message, with an optional email address. The feature is separate from purchase status; a local development build can exercise the Debug–Local endpoint without unlocking a paid entitlement.
